Nose

Lemon meringue pie, blackcurrant jam, toasted brioche and chilli infused rock salt. White chocolate covered raisins, star anise, orange infused syrup, and sandalwood follow.

Palate

Sea salt stewed peppermint tea leaves, sage, torched orange peel and cauliflower cheese. An undertone of a distant wood smoke and seaweed.

Finish

A bitter and chalky consistency with herbaceous notes to finish off.

Comment

A packet of Sun Maid raisins and then some tobacco infused chocolates.
