Nose

Chinese spices, all spice rubbed on crackling. Candied peel and expensive Christmas scented candles. With water, floral notes emerged with compost in a greenhouse.

Palate

The tastes took me to the kitchen, proving bread dough and Christmas cake mixture. It had a warm, earthy, savoury spice.

Finish

Thick and unctuous in texture with a soft umami finish.
