Nose

Tinned pears and fruit salad with lots of syrup. Clean aromas of agave, and sweet Gomme syrup. Grain like with floral notes of hyacinth, daffodil and blue bell.

Palate

More of the tinned pear, white peach and salted lemon. Lots of flavours one would find in a pâtisserie, butter pastry, malted loaf with a bitter finish of apple pie.

Finish

Sweet and short with a slightly salty lick.

Great nose but a little unforgiving for my palate.
