Nose

Refreshingly light and citrussy, like being thrown head first into a pool of lemon peel, blood oranges and peaches with just a hint of vanilla and oak.

Palate

Incredibly sweet with more blood orange and juicy peach like an alcoholic orange Fanta, but with enough oak and baking spice – clove, anise, cinnamon, liquorice – to ensure it stays rooted.

Finish

Blood orange juice, with just a little bitter pith.
