Nose: Dry nose with a slight dirty/earthy note before toffee cream, wholemeal biscuit and a hint of cigar smoke.
Palate: Rich with pear, peach and some toffee. Dries very quickly.
Finish: Some smoke. Dry.
Comment: Good but not quite balanced.
Nose: Surprisingly fresh, minty and herbal.
Palate: Lightly syrupy. Texture reminiscent of whipped cream. Rosewater. Sherbet. Meringue on a shortbread base.
Finish: Distinctly leafy and grassy.
Comment: A rare delight.
