Nose
Touches of tobacco, waxed floors, hessian, then brazil nut, cooked fruit and tinned peach. Mature.
Palate
Sweet, rounded, mixing a silky feel with light fruits, flowers and some fresh nuttiness. It hits a perfect balance between delicacy and substance.
Finish
A hint of smoke.
Comment
You don't have to have masses of peat or sherry to make a malt interesting. The best of these Lowlanders show that. Try them!
