A smoky delivery. Wet grass, cod liver oil, tar, heather root, slightly medicinal. A very clean peatiness in which everything seems well-defined and which builds to a smoky bacon note.

Palate

Powerful smokiness balanced by an oily centre. Smoky, but with a fragrant nature and sweet, juicy centre. Rich.

Finish

Dry. Smoked fish. Hessian.
