Palate

Medium. Deep cherry notes, like black cherry, with peppery spice and dark chocolate. Clove-studded orange. Raspberry soufflé and caramel popcorn. Subtle oaky tannins.

Finish

Medium-long, on red fruit and sponge cake with hazelnuts.
