Nose

Soor plooms, raw rhubarb and a jar of mixed fruit boiled sweets. Some traditional iced cream and tinned pineapple chunks. Vanilla oat cookies, malted milk, and a touch of candied ginger.

Palate

Light-medium bodied. Rhubarb and vanilla custard boiled sweets, strawberry cables and a little dried pineapple. Some tinned mandarin and grapefruit segments, in sweetened juice. Subtle malt loaf character, with sultanas.

Finish

Medium-short. The rhubarb with custard lingers.
