Nose

Medium-sweet American oak influences and nutty aromas of peanut brittle, hard-set caramel, chocolate mousse, orange fondant and coconut cream, dried tree bark, dried mint leaf.

Palate

Medium bodied and candy sweet, with hints of dry dark chocolate and slightly salted praline walnuts. Complex, mellow spices – cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

Finish

Short and sweet, with biscuit and cereal, and drying wood spices.

Comment

Complex oak, but you really have to search out any distillery spirit character.
