Nose

What starts out as fresh, juicy fruits becomes stewed apples and cinnamon-spiked poached pears with plump sultanas, vanilla ice cream and some chocolate buttons.

Palate

Thick and mouth-coating, like melted chocolate with raisins, dried fruits and chopped hazelnuts, and an aromatic red chilli warmth to it.

Finish

Chilli chocolate, toasted oak and buttered toast.

Comment

This would pair nicely with a share bag of Cadbury’s chocolate buttons.
