Nose

There’s an immediate and unexpected note of warm tinned pineapples when first nosed, before some toasted coconut, butter toffee, and lemon peel.

Palate

Soft and buttery, with a hint of rubber hose in the background. There’s a touch of something rose-like, and definitely some toffee and apples.

Finish

A little bit of rubber and some spice, with a lasting sweet finish.

Comment

I’m intrigued by the nose here, which initially made me think of a Piña Colada. The palate has oomph.
