Nose

Meringue, both the crunchy crust and chewy insides. Sugar cookie, pear drop, and a little lemon-lime citrus. Fresh apple pie and lashings of vanilla ice cream. Milk loaf and seedless raspberry jam.

Palate

Very light. The sweet meringue and berry notes combine to creamy Eton Mess. Darker fruit notes of rum-raisin. Rye cracker, flaked almond, and a hint of caramel-coated popcorn.

Finish

Short, on red apple and caramel ice cream.

Comment

Almost peachy in colour. Its strength would help it stand up in a mixed drink.
