Nose

Packed to the brim with sandalwood, hessian, strawberry bon bons and liquorice allsorts. Then cardamom, toasted chilli flakes, clove and dehydrated orange.

Palate

This is an explosion of spices. Dark chilli chocolate, nectar honey, cayenne pepper and lingering fresh wood shavings.

Finish

An explosion of flavour that slowly dries out the palate with a hint of ember smoke.

Snuggled up by the fire at christmas with a glass of PX sherry and a chocolate orange.
