Nose
Fresh and quite hot (ie not much cask influence) moving swiftly into white tea and lemon verbena. Firm with some edge and needs the water to allow scents of elderflower to develop.
Palate
Total contrast to the undiluted nose: amenable and sweet with icing sugar and creme caramel. Becomes almost fat towards the back with masses of lime.
Finish
Cereal dryness.
Comment
Subtle and a good change from the OTT grains. Just a little edgy.
