Nose

Big fat, muscular, creamy nose, all apple pie and custard, toffee brittle and ginger snaps.

Palate

A rich soft vein of melted milky toffee peppered with spice. Rounded and well covered. Chewy mocha.

Finish

Soft and sweet with teasing spiciness.

Comment

Creamy and lovely. A great introduction to the Canadian style. Buffalo Springfield.
