Nose

Big at first nosing with boozy rum and raisin ice cream and Maltesers. It soon settles into sweet orchard fruit, macadamia nuts and fragrant blossom with a syrupy undertone.

Palate

Tarte tatin swimming in thick caramel sauce, sweet flaky pastry and shaved nuts. Things get a little spicy with anise, liquorice and oak.

Finish

Menthol sweetness with a spicy kick to it.
