Nose

Dense, concentrated nose: mead/metheglin, spiced apple, singed orange peel, peat smoke. Beerenauslese with peat on top.

Palate

As you'd expect, thick with a good feel. Quite phenolic, subtle and elegant.

Finish

Medium smoky.

A Norse nose, concentrated and delicious with more smoke than you normally find, though maybe a little woody.
