Pale onion skin colour. Clean smooth peatiness. If you could smoke strawberries they'd smell like this.

Palate

An interesting mix of pastille-like red fruits/cherry with subtle smoke. A sweet centre with the peat wrapped around.

Finish

Sweet, winey, then dry smoke.

It's a weird one but everything is in balance. Worth a shot.
