Nose

Cloudy lemonade and fresh ginger, yeasty sourdough and Horlicks malt drink. Dib-Dab sweets and rice paper. Tomato stem and dried mango and papaya.

Palate

A whole jug of blended fresh orchard fruits, with honey and rice cake. White grape juice and elderflower cordial. Cornbread and delicate caramels bring balance to this.

Finish

Medium, fading on caramel, mango and apple skin.
