Nose

Farmyardy at first, warm hay and patted down horse. Then the alcohol peaks through. Water cuts it back revealing black banana and lemon zest. A little roasted pepper note then the chilli spice heat starts to rise.

Palate

Huge alcohol masks everything, again cut it back and this gorgeous smoke note develops. Goat’s cheese and honey with a lovely rye spiced hit.

Finish

Short and snappy. Alcohol prickle gives way to that prickly chilli heat.

Raises the bar for Sweden, great stuff indeed.
