Nose

Malted toasted biscuit, then fresher lemon and lime, mint. Malted loaf and hints of plum. With water, it falls apart with sulphur and composting vegetal notes that overpower \nany fruitiness.

Palate

Very astringent, bitter hops, stale beer with a powerful metallic taste. Spent coffee grains, and then solvents emerge with water.

Finish

The bitterness and astringency lingers.

Comment

Feels young and immature with little influence from the wood.
