Nose

Could easily mistake this for an Islay or mezcal. Iodine wrapped up with instant aromas of lemon zest, chilli infused rock salt, Frazzles and a bonfire made of gorseflower.

Palate

No hiding away from that dominating medicinal peatiness. Luckily the citrus fruits are still apparent in the background alongside peppermint tea leaves, marmite and burnt sage.

Finish

A sweet smoke just lingers on and on and on and on and on.
