Nose
Slightly ashy barbecue notes with hints of mango, pineapple, cantaloupe melon, and fresh chilli. Coconut cream, instant coffee granules, and sponge cake batter.
Palate
Medium-full bodied. Barbecued salmon and a slight bitterness of charred leek. The tropical fruit medley continues underneath, with desiccated coconut, mocha, and a hint of clotted cream.
Finish
Long. On the instant coffee and gentle charcoal notes.
