Palate

Light and crisp. A bit tangy but that fizzy feel is rather pleasant. It dances on\rthe tongue. The same grassy profile as on the nose.

Finish

Fresh and dry.

Easy and refreshing. Probably young. It needs a small dash of water to cut the edges. An invigorating dram on a wintery day.
