Nose

Tense, slightly green and smoky. The impression is marine: grey sea salt,\rozone, as well chalk/dusty pebbles, cow shed. With water, moist peat and\rrooty, angelica-like notes.

Palate

Very oily palate. Both tongue-clinging and explosive: sweet chilli sauce, yellow fruits and a real sweetness in the centre as the marine notes fly around.

Finish

Long, smoky.
