Nose

Vanilla ice cream, pink wafer biscuit, and stewed fruits (apples, pears, blackberry, cherry). Some orange oils and a little banana.

Palate

Light bodied. Red apple, orange juice with honey, and subtle note of peanut butter on rice cake. Delicate lemon sherbet on Dip Dab lolly.

Finish

Short, with an ephemeral note of peanut, fading to red apple skin.

Comment

Pleasing all round and well balanced, but simple in its flavours.
