Nose

An abundance of berries in a hedgerow: black currants, raspberries, rose hips and brambles. Black Forest Gateaux and golden sultanas.

Palate

A fresh chilli heat, then more about sensation, flint, earthiness with a chalky, minty character. Some more savoury flavours of espresso coffee and coffee sponge cake. A hint of Iberico ham.

Finish

Spicy and drying.
