Nose

Pale and strong and hot to start. When water is added the smoke emerges:seaweed (nori) light\rlemon. Defiant and vibrant.

Palate

Clean and smoky with sudden peppery burst of smoked fish,and that seaweed/marine note.

Finish

Oak cakes and then a sweet syrupy note. Cheesecake! Then it all comes together well.

Comment

Might lack subtlety,but sure as hell it definitely delivers.
