Scented (a theme emerges) Dried pear, star anise, then jelly babies and an intense pure fruitiness. Great intensity of character. Quince and wine gums.

Palate

Seems to be more in line with a fruit eaux de vie than 'whisky' (whatever that means these days) Great clean aromatic spirit.

Finish

Firm.
