Sticky toffee pudding with a glaze of dark marmalade, hints of treacle, tamarind and star anise. Turkish coffee and salmiak.

Palate

Perfumed, polished teak which has been lightly smoked. Eastern spices and pomegranate syrup.

Finish

Molten and smouldering.
