Nose

Very young with plantain chips and marshmallow, coconut and strawberry. Scented. With water becomes slightly starchy.

Palate

Better than the nose showing a good distillate.

Finish

Clean, but hot.

Comment

Again, I'd leave this alone for longer in cask. The financial pressures to get things out rapidly are real, but whisky is about time and sometimes you have to take the hit.
