Nose

Well, this ain't shy and retiring. An immediate hit of floral scents, dusty roses and lime zest. Becomes slightly dusty, suggestive of rye.

Palate

Sweet and intense with a herbal note akin to a red vermouth. Lots of spiced cherries.

Finish

Hot and a little short.

Good spirit -but please keep it in cask for longer.
