Nose

Brilliantly dense and thick — there’s cherry cola, liquorice, sticky oranges, coffee, and golden raisins, alongside a little wood shaving. It’s mouthwatering.

Palate

So much cherry — cherry bitters, cherry cola, maraschino, alongside dried roses, some charred oak, and vanilla beans. Water lengthened out the flavours and balanced out a bit of spice.

Finish

Long, rich, brooding.
