Nose

Pine tree sap and some root beer, honey-covered nuts, wood polish, cherries, and ripe bananas.

Palate

Lovely, classic, and warming bourbon — lots of cherries, brown sugar, and spice, nutmeg in this instance. There’s some baked pastry, vanilla, and cocoa.

Finish

Wonderfully spicy and drying with a good whack of sweetness still lingering.

A beautifully balanced, full bourbon with bucketloads of character.
