Nose

Delicate, floral and grassy. Lemon balm, dry hay, honey. Gillyflower. Vanilla swirls up with a touch of lemon. Really enticing. Gets biscuity on time. Orange drop.

Palate

Smooth and caressing. Satin-like. Ripe summer fruit. Victoria plums, poached pears with a hint of hibiscus syrup. Drying on soft spices. Half-tone aromatic display.

Finish

Gentle spices, clean dryness.

An elegant whisky which makes me think of a charming watercolour. Relaxing, pleasantly balanced.
