Nose

Notes of peardrops, strawberry laces, geraniums and elderflower syrup. Sweet and floral with a slight vegetal note.

Palate

The floral notes are overtaken by a sour vegetal note of braised red cabbage, parmesan and oregano potatoes with an edge of bitterness with dark chocolate coffee beans.

Finish

Short finish with a bitter twist to the end.
