Scented with light violet. Distinctly briny; wet rope, dried salt on canvas, wet green fern and the light leather. With water, you are on the shoreline next to the embers of a bonfire.
Palate
The complexity continues, balancing strawberry with cracked pepper, bay leaf, purple smoke, edible seaweed.
Finish
Salted chocolate.
