Nose

A little prickly at fist the ground black pepper, chilli jam and dry hams. Mango chutney with onion seeds and Kashmiri chilli.

Palate

Big and bold with quite a meaty edge, roast capsicum. Sweet chilli crackers.\rPeat unfurls gently with a touch of honey maple sweetness.

Finish

Dries with spices and that peppery note.
