Nose

Sweet mash, pine needles, resin, black cherry jam, cola cube, and red grape juice. Puff pastry twists with brown sugar.

Palate

Medium. Black treacle, prunes in syrup, date, and dark drinking chocolate. Then comes honeycomb and stewed blackberries, with cinnamon and demerara. In time, subtle peanut.

Finish

Long, on chocolate and nuts.
