Nose

Clean and malty with notes of dry grass, citrus fruits, flowers (freesia/rose) and some greenish hints (crab apple) balanced by creamy brazil nut/orange butter and a light smokiness which is brought out with water.

Palate

Soft with some light wood notes. A fine mix of butter, nut and spice.

Finish

Lemon cake and anise.
