Nose

Salt water taffy to start, before warm buttered croissants, and strawberries and cream. I want to have this in place of pudding.

Palate

A nice freshness here alongside the sweet side which only gets more intense as it sits in the mouth. Cherries, vanilla, and golden syrup.

Finish

Fairly gentle finish, with just a touch of tannin towards the end.

A delightful sugar rush of a dram — not cloying, but one for those with a sweet tooth.
