Nose

Floral, sweet and fruity. All served with nuggets of nougat, banoffee pie and wafers. Subtle notes of Playdoh, melted wax Crayolas and homemade lemonade.

Palate

Chocolate-filled nougat, strawberry liquorice and custard-filled brioche. Turmeric cauliflower florets and caramelised pink grapefruit segments with a spicy bitterness.

Finish

Waxy yet creamy notes sticking to the top of the palate. Spices lingering throughout.
