Nose

Back to wholemeal bread. Light nutty notes, crisp oak, stewed apple, slight overripe orchard fruit. More cedar with water.

Palate

Very nutty. Caramel like thickness and a touch of liquorce. Lighter with water.

Finish

Slightly raw still, though the spirit is decent.

Another infant that should still be tucked up at home in its barrel rather than being allowed to wander the streets. I blame the parents myself.
