Nose

Initially there’s a note of Sprite, then something slightly sour and lactic before wet dandelion heads and oak.

Palate

More nuanced on the palate but I can’t quite shake that sour note. There’s some white flowers, vanilla, lemon juice, and cream.

Finish

Fairly short, with some lingering sweet notes.

Comment

I was a bit confused with this whisky — I found the nose a bit jarring, and while the palate opened up to some softer notes, it was hard to work past that.
