Nose

Malty and oaky. Freshly sawed oak. Opens on toffee notes and chestnut\rhoney. More honey on time. A nutty touch. Cider apples.

Palate

Round and sweet. Very smooth texture at start then the dry spiciness gives it a harsh feel like raw silk. The same flavours as on the nose. With a spicy development.

Finish

Dry, spicy. Ground ginger.

A slightly austere character but well balanced as well.
