Delicate, elegant. Fresh sap. Lemon juice. Meadowsweet flowers. Orange blossom honey. Vanilla yoghurt.
Palate
Sweet and gently flowing. Alcohol is perfectly well mastered. A refreshing aniseed flavour with a hint of almond syrup.
Finish
Sweet, slowly fading. Minty.
Comment
A pleasant example of a good Bourbon cask maturation. A good companion for a fish dish as well.
