Nose

Very gin like with juniper and fresh coriander, hyacinth and daffodil. Fresh aniseed. More botanicals with water, herbal like spearmint and eucalyptus notes.

Palate

More of that juniper, but laced with Gomme syrup. Feels like a gin cocktail with some heat. Very green, greengages, sour plums and freshly squeezed lime juice come through.

Finish

Mouth coating, then quite spirity.

Bizarre, but strangely likeable if you’re going off piste, for something a little different . If I did shots I’d do it with this!
