Nose

Seriously mature and spicy with plenty of herbal dried grainy fruit and soft oak. Beautifully crisp and evocatively spicy with a light rum-like demeanour and hints of toasted vanilla and burnt wood.

Palate

A crisp and grainy start leads into liquorice, molasses and rummy dried fruit. Multi-layered and gorgeous, with a touch of silky vanilla and toasty oak on the middle.

Finish

Citric and spicy with a touch of drying tannins, but the sweet fruit lingers.
