Nose

This is one fruity Speyside rammed full of green apple laces, strawberry toothpaste and Wrigley’s Juicyfruit chewing gum. Hints of liquorice and some heather honey.

Palate

Candied fruits have become sour plums and baked rhubarb with a slice of carrot and walnut cake. Touches of gorse flower, cashew milk and honeycomb.

Finish

A long, dry finish with wisps of lavender tea to round it all up.
